Pittsburgh Magazine’s associate editor/food critic, Hal B. Klein and Pittsburgh’s City Paper’s Celine Roberts joined me in the studio for a live session where we discussed the Steel City’s food scene and what exactly it means to be a food critic. In addition I continue pushing the Michelin Star envelope for the city, tackle the definition of “best restaurants” and weigh-in on how restaurant reviews are handled.
